BW's Pizza — Restaurant in Brighton Township

Called to see if they would deliver to my work. A guy answered the phone, said he'd be taking a left on to Lisbon Rd. & asked if he would be turning left or right on to 168. I wasn't sure because I have never gone that way or eaten food from this establishment before. I guess I didn't answer him quick enough so he hung up on me. I then called back and a woman answered the phone and I told her I had just called to see if they would deliver and either we lost the call or the guy hung up on me and she rudely said "....and???". So I said "....and I want to know if you guys would deliver here." She asked me where I said darlington and she told me no that they didn't have a delivery driver this morning. Even though the guy that had just answered the phone previously was asking me which way he would turn to get here??? So I said "okay whatever" and hung up. They both were extremely rude and even if I ended up finding out if they actually delivered or not, I wouldn't ever eat there. Seriously unacceptable. I never ever leave bad reviews but their attitudes were down right miserable. Just read the other reviews for this place, terrible customer service. The owner should be ashamed of employing such miserable people. Real shame too because I've heard the food was good. I'll gladly never know because their staff...

A great local mom-and-pop gem in Brighton Township! It may not look like much but hey, the food is great! They serve your typical stuff (pizza, hogies, salads, wings, apps, etc) and I've never had a bad tasting meal! Prices are great, food usually ready in 30, 45, 60 minutes-ish depending on how busy they are. It's cooked-to-order, not fast food. Wait a bit longer for your food and you get better quality, it's just logic. I will admit, when walking in there may not be a joyful greeting since the workers are concentrating on preparing food, but if you put forth effort to chat, they are honestly nice and friendly people. My family has ordered here several times and it's definitely a staple in our area. Keep it up...

I will never understand why a place just doesn’t make their hours different if it’s such an inconvenience for them to take an order 1 hour before they close. “Yea we are open until 8:30 but don’t you dare place an order @ 7:40” Also the older lady that picked up the phone was ignorant asking if I was there (hurrying me up) 8 seconds after I expressed I’ll look at the pizza choices they have.. she blurted out YOU THERE but in a very confrontational tone.
