I never do reviews but after this last (and final) visit, I had to say something.
I recall when Little Caesar's was known as the "fast" chain. Quality aside, you went to Little Caesars to get in, get out, and get on with your day. This isn't gourmet stuff, but we know that, and ignore it because it was quick and easy. Maybe it's that way at other locations, but not this one. For a chain who proudly displays "Hot-N-Ready" above the register, the food is never "ready" and is seldom "hot."
This location is staffed exclusively by children. Not once in the three years I've been here have I seen an employee or manager who looks old enough to operate a rotary phone, much a business. Yeah, kids gotta work too sometimes, and that's fine. But the lack of competent managerial oversight has resulted in a place that is slow, half-hearted, and depressing as hell.
I came in today for some cheese bread. Just a small thing. Surely, I thought, I can get in and out and on with my day for something so small. 20 minutes later, I realized that even this small order was evidently too much to ask. And it's not like it was crowded or anything. The pizza portal wasn't full, and there were maybe two other folks inside.
When my order finally came, it was wrong. They gave me a full pizza. When I pointed it out, I got a shoulder shrug and a "oh, sorry" from the clearly overwhelmed kid up front who had no idea what to do next. So now I'm in my car munching on subpar pizza. It would've been faster just to drive down to the Papa Johns off 85. I probably could've even run an errand or two on the way.

Read moreI went during the day and it looked as if no one was around so I just stood there and looked to the back. They had two stacks of pizza pans sitting directly on the floor. Each stack had at least 20-30 pans. The floor looked wet as if it had just been mopped. A fan was sitting on the floor blowing on these two piles of wet looking pans. As I am looking suddenly someone approached these pans with a string mop. They pushed the pans with their shoes out of the way so they could mop the floor where the pans were sitting. The person mopped and then went out of sight. They came back into sight to combine the two stacks and carry them over by the area they were making the pizza. When they carried the stack they put their chin on them so the stack wouldn't fall. The pizza trays were also being held next to the person's dirty sweatshirt and long dirty hair. The person finally noticed someone was in the lobby. As the person approached they asked if they could help me. I said, " no thanks, I am not as hungry as I thought." I left and I won't go back. It is not too appetizing to see pans sitting on the floor, being scrapped on the floor, knowing that someone's pizza is being made with pans that have floor debris...
Read moreEdit February 2024: "Next time, save time. Order online" they claim. Still same issue. Ordered ahead online. The time slot they give is merely a loose suggestion. Expect to wait at least another 10 min past the time it was supposed to be ready.
This is probably the worst little Caesars I've ever seen. You order ahead or not, you will have to wait. I guess they've forgotten the hot and ready part. And not even for a specialty pizza. Just a regular cheese one. Ordered one from here and another from Dominos, Domino's is always ready within 10 to 15 minutes even when busy and they make them to order. Again, cannot respect a little Caesars if your saying is "Hot N Ready". Today September 10 2021,I had to wait 30 min from when I placed order to get it. Other than that the employees seem alright tho. Again, if you can avoid...
