Below is my previous review. This Taco Bell struggles. Constantly wrapped like Chick Fil A and they refuse to open their lobby. I mean there is a kiosk right there for ordering inside, you don’t even need a person on front counter! Food is usually correct but there is most likely going to be an item missing from your order. Terrible way to run a business and it’s surprising that corporate hasn’t stepped in at this point.
Love this Taco Bell. But hate the fact that I have to check my order in the parking lot before leaving. Not consistent with accuracy. I come here at least once a week, if not 2-3 times, and it is truly hit or miss. Here are just a couple experiences I’ve had here in the last couple weeks:
I order food on the app before noon, nobody else in line behind me in the drive thru. The girls up front are busy laughing playing on their phones. They tell me to park around the front. Why? There’s literally nobody else around. After a substantial wait, they finally bring my order out. The chips taste like garbage oil, which has been a problem in the past (very uncommon though).
Another visit, I order the $5 Grande Crunchwrap promo meal on the app. I get home, and it is a regular Crunchwrap in the bag.
And this most recent visit today, I place my order on the app at 11:45am. The lady at the drive thru informs me they are out of mild and hot sauce (probably because they give 6 sauces per item ordered to every customer regardless of how much you request on the app while ordering). Ok. Next, she informs me they just ran out of Baja Blast. How do you run out of Baja Blast right before noon (lunch rush)? Then to top it all off, I get home to see the promo item (Loaded Chicken Flatbread Taco) I ordered is instead something they don’t even sell. That’s too many mistakes for one $12 visit.
The employees are careless, and I feel bad for the few employees there that actually get it right. Whenever the ex-police suv is parked out front, the order is spot on. Not sure if that person works there anymore because lately that vehicle has been absent and the accuracy has been subpar.
Being an ex-manager of a similar restaurant (years ago) it pains me to see this happening to the fast food industry. I never expected much from Taco Bell, but come on now. And whatever happened to...
Read moreI'm not the one to usually leave horrible reviews but I felt like today this afternoon at 1pm my family went through drive through to order food. Since there isn't a preview menu before coming up to the ordering I told them to hold on they were really pushy and wouldn't let me finish ordering with out constantly asking if that was all. I'm 35 weeks pregnant with gestational diabetes it took me awhile to figure out what I could have that would be safe for me and my baby. When I was finally done ordering they didn't even repeat back the order or tell me the total just told me to come to the window. When I was given my food I looked it over to make sure my family got everything they ordered the manager lady who was pushy at the drive through opens the window and asks if there is anything else I need. I said yes were missing 2 of our tacos. She continues to argue with me after I and my husband looked our order over and did not see the 2 soft tacos we ordered she then snaps at me and says you didn't order them which I know I did maybe if she didn't keep cutting me off when I was ordering she would of gotten my whole meal correct. Anyways she then goes on to tell me to pull to the front where I said no I need to pay for 2 tacos and In that time they should have to tacos made. I felt the service was really awful and was not necessary to be so pushy and rude probably skip this taco bell...
Read moreI'm reducing my rating to one star. This is Brighton's newest Taco Bell and it's by far the absolute worst.
Their building siding is rusting into the drive through. The staff rarely make the meal correct.
One time we came through and ordered breakfast burritos and we had to debate with the cashier that they indeed had a breakfast griller on the menu - she still rang us up wrong, over charged.
The last straw was today when we went in for the 12/10 deal for a free breakfast burrito and the lady said that "I'm sorry, even tho it's advertised on the menu I was told by my manager not to honor that" and so we paid for our meal in full (whatever) but the real kicker was when we not more than 30 sec out of the drive through we noticed that the hashbrowns we're ice cold. To add insult to more injury when we got home to eat the breakfast burritos they were the saltiest burritos we've ever eaten from taco bell.
Honestly I am super surprised that a new store like this has such horrible food/service. Sure blame it on COVID but where are the managers/owners/taco bell district manager in all of this? Try rolling through their for breakfast and see the quality coming out.
Please Taco Bell. Fix...
