McDonald's — Restaurant in Brighton

The employees were okay but they only had 3 selections of drinks to choose from. As we pull to the window I paid and we go to the next window. They gave me our drinks then handed me a bag full of stars you get from the Dollar Tree and we had to pull out our straw. They said we had to wait which is fine so I pulled up and about 5 minutes later the food comes out. My burger was poorly made, the fries weren't fresh, there were crumbs in the fries which means they cooked other stuff in the same Fry Basket and didn't clean it out. My pies were room temperature and look like they haven't been cooked just placed in the warmer to slowly cook. Chicken fingers with smashed and these were the words they have on the menu with all the sauce. The sauce was dripping out of the bag and they only gave us a few napkins so it was a mess. The man that brought our food out had on a t-shirt with army fatigue pants on. I'm not sure if he was an employee or not. I asked for barbecue sauce but they were out, so I use all the sauce that was dripping out of the bag.. even though it wasn't the same kind of sauce LOL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I thought that things would've been different after 3 years of not going to this location. Lately I been going up here to get my mobile order and it's usually not a problem except for today. I had ordered two mcdoubles on the app and went to check in for the curbside. I sat there for about 20 minutes still waiting for it so I pulled into the drive thru. She explained she didn't see my order even though my email corfirmed it and took the money out of my account. Trying to be understanding, I asked her if I could come in to help her find it. She was polite about it. I asked if I could add a fry to the order and paid $4 for it. You would think with the inconvenience I wouldn't have had to but I guess I did. So when I make it home, the burgers were made wrong and the fries were cold. The manager was nice and I thanked her. But I will take my chances somewhere else AGAIN because of...

This Mcdonalds is recently under new management. The GM's name is Crystal and she is absolutely amazing. I first got to know her at the hwy 280 Mcdonald's when she was a shift manager (I belive) when I lived closed by the restaurant for about a year. Now I live in Bessemer and I'm so excited that she is running this mcdonalds now. I stop by daily for my frappe, like always, so I have been able to see the changes made first hand. The quality of the food, the service, the over all feel of the store, all of it has just through the roof Improved. The store no longer closes at random times through out the day and night, which was a huge problem I used to have with that store. I would drive a few more miles down the road to another mcdonalds because I never knew If that one was going to be open or not. Anyways, great job to Crystal and her team! Love what yall are...
