Most people in this wawa are wonderful I.E Amanda and Lauren and a lot of others whom are nice I just did not get a chance to get their name although the reason I am writing this is because I often go to this Wawa after work and I do not bring anything with me because I work in a warehouse that does not contain anywhere to put my belongings. It was brought to my attention via a manager there that of course if they feel you look UNDER 30 then they card which is absolutely understandable but not only do I come all the time after work shortly after midnight and buy cigarettes and never get carded besides the person I am writing this about (I'm 49 and have Grey hair very visible). There is one employee who refuses to give her name besides "Tmoney". Every time I come and she's there she specifically cards me even when customers that were directly rung up right before me and look younger than me and she does not card. As soon as she sees me she tells me I know you're trying to get cigarettes so I'm going to card you. Then as I said I ask for her name her the only one she is willing to provide is Tmoney 😂. This is customer service we're talking about and she is targeting certain customers! Again I work the late night shift and it's a warehouse and I ride an e-bike to work and I do not want to lose any important documents so I do not carry my card with me and I stop there after work almost everyday and buy multiple things including cigarettes. When she is not there I do not get carded and as I previously mentioned when she sees me in line she says when I come to the counter that I know you are getting cigarettes so I'm going to card you. I could understand if it were everyone that they card but they/she picks and chooses who she wants to card. When it's been said by the manager is there after I called to complain that she has gotten many complaints before about this exact issue and being very rude and disrespectful, this is becoming an issue for her. My advice would be to get rid of this "Tmoney" person before you lose a lot of business. Including mine and I usually spend over $50 every time I come. It really is still boggles my mind that she absolutely refuses to give her a name besides the one I provided and the obviously is not her name and she does not want a name tag to prove anything otherwise. Read morepay attention to your receipts and change giving back. i’ve suspected theft from multiple cashiers at this location. sure enough i have caught one who has attempted to steal money from me!! i spend enough money at this location to pay half their location payroll. legit in the 100s $ range per day between me and my wife. i notified my wife to keep an eye open for this! sure enough, i was shorted few dollars caught red handed. could have been an error but i highly doubt it due to prior experience and witness of a young cashier who double charged the women in front of me. while the cashier is playing on there phone. wouldn’t doubt if they are stealing card information here also! now since they were caught they than attempted to intimidate my 100lb wife. 2 men! then they try to mean mug and attempt to intimidate me and my 10 year old daughter stopping every in the store to stare us down with wanna be gangster stares. attempts of intimidation! little they know i’m am somebody! i kept calm on my behalf due to my family is more important than some punks who work at wawa and don’t wanna go back over a few bucks! trying to bring the streets into their work place! real professional! but thought to make locals aware. there’s a few wanna be gangster working at wawa stealing from customers! by the way great job wawa with that! i suggest doing a better job with your highering staff. i believe the one is actually the supervisor of this location. so real professional! tough guys! you scared a 10 year old! Read moreI frequently travel for work and am a loyal Wawa customer, visiting regularly throughout the week for both breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this location was deeply disappointing. The service I received was subpar, and I felt disrespected.
I order the same sandwich each time, yet on this occasion, I was told that my request could not be fulfilled. I asked for my sandwich to be made without toasted bread, but with the meat warmed up. The employee assisting me flatly refused to warm the meat and instead told me to speak to the manager.
When the manager arrived, I explained my request, and the manager confirmed that I could indeed have the sandwich prepared as I asked. However, the employee then complained loudly, saying she refused to make the sandwich. The manager had to send her to the back and assign someone else to help me. Throughout the entire process, I could hear her continuing to complain in the back, both while my sandwich was being made and while I was checking out.
