Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bristol

Had the Buffet after church. Very disappointed. According to the waitress who was very nice and attentive, they are under new management and are no longer allowed to put any kind of pizza on the Buffet that had chicken or bacon. When our waitress told the cook in the back we wanted a special pizza made for the bar he got an attitude and acted put out to have to do his job. (Where we were seated we could see into the kitchen partially.) The bar wasn't stocked well with pizza while we were there. The selection was very small. The salad bar was pretty good but a salad bar is pretty straight forward. We asked for a desert pizza to be made that they had run out of on the bar and it took them forever to make it. I would much rather pay a dollar or 2 more to have all the topping options they offer on their regular menu be available to the Buffet. We won't be back so long as this rule stays in effect. We will take our business to other restaurants in the area that offer a pizza buffet and offer all their topping options. It's blatantly obvious that they are trying to be as cheap as possible when it comes to the Buffet because of the more expensive toppings not being allowed to be put on the bar as well as only having tiny plates that you can only fit 2 small slices of pizza...

Was very unpleased. We walked in and the waiter seemed nice... we told him our whole order and he didnt write down a thing. I specifically said LIGHT SAUCE 4 times. It was a half and half pizza half pepperoni and half beef&ham. The pizza came out COVERED in sauce, more sauce then cheese or meat. So we asked him why it wasnt light sauce and he said "I didnt put it in the computer as light sauce and i didnt make it" he then said he would bring out a new one and just walked away with zero reply from us. We finally decided that we just didnt want it anymore, waited and waited for him to return out when he was suppose to bring us refills on our drinks for a good 15 minutes and ended up just walking out because service was just ridiculous. Ive never left without paying for food before. And will not be back.

Save yourself the literal heartburn and heart ache and go...

We were for an hour and a half. It took us 20 mins to order our food, but because it was too cold in there, we decided to take our food to go. It was due to my granddaughter being too cold. So we ordered and informed that the food would be a while due to there not being enough help on duty and the manager was doing everything. We thought that it wouldn't be too terribly long and we were in no hurry, so we stayed. The food was ready an hour later and we took it home. We were very Hungary and the food was not super, but in the situation, I thought it might taste better tomorrow..we will see .sad that the manager did not have access of a way to contact other employees or other restaurants for help. I applaud the determination of the manager to get his customers served in the best way he possibly could..Hold on to...
