Long review but worth the read i promise you'll thank yourself! I Got a mani pedi I was given to the eldest male who seemed irritated but I am a natural optomist and overlooked it. He put them to soak and began clipping them. I asked he not go too short and as a veteran of spa service I know if something hurts or burns just flinch and normally your tech will stop or lighten pressure etc. HOWEVER! He began to clip VERTICALLY up the latteral side of my left big toe which flat out HURT an NO ONE had ever done this! I flinched, he CONTINUED. I asked WHY I was told "YOU HAVE AN INGROWN " I have never had 1; but trusted he knew more then me as a CNA im no podiatrist. So I allowed it despite the PAIN only flinching when it felt "too deep" I noticed the main guy watching with concern. He slaped the paint on and sent me home. My toe throbbed the whole time and the next morning when I woke it was SWOLLEN OOZING YELLOW FLUID! I CALLED 📞 IMMEDIATELY AND EXPLAINED I THINK IVE BEEN GIVEN AN INFECTION MAY I COME IN? THE ANSWER I RECIEVED : WE HAVE INSURANCE "I am not sueing just concerned" I explained, only to realize he had already hung up on me. I now have SERGURIES on each toenail he did this to and a biopsi of THE FUNGAL INFECTION I recieved. I'm blessed to have amazing insurance to cover this and just want to warn ⚠️ others 🙏 please find a different salon. I only went here because it was open late due to my schedule so not worth the pain I've endured on my feet the past YEAR! I came in with my Mother from out of town. I wanted an acrylic full set and a pedicure. During the pedicure, my water wasn't very hot. I brushed this off, but the person doing my pedicure didn't complete my pedicure. He was watching tv. The color of my nails was to be a light pale mint. The color I received with neon green after assurance that it was the same color. I got my nails done by one guy and another lady finished them up. The lady rounded my nails without asking what shape I wanted and I stopped her and told her multiple times politely that I wanted square nails. The gentlemen prior had already taken care of the shape, they just needed to be buffed and painted with gel. She didn't stop rounding them until my Mother spoke up and told the tech working on my nails that she was doing the wrong shape. She attempted to square them, but at that point they were rounded and not able to be recovered. I was to the point of considering getting them covered with polish to hide the...

Right now I am soaking my foot multiple times a day to alliviate pain. The Elderly gentleman was using the cuticle cutters to dig. & every lady knows as a courtesy if you flinch in pain they normally recognize and back off enough to finish the pedicure or have someone else work on you. He did not he watched me flinch acted like he was too tierd to be there in the 1st place. And now its BEEN 3 MONTHS & I HAVE TO SEE A DR MY BIG TOE IS GROWING IN A DIFFERENT SHAPE AND THE PAIN EACH TIME I TRY TO JUST FILE IT IS INTENSE I NOW UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE HAVE SERGURY FOR INGROWNS. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN INGROWN BUT MY DR SAYS THAT IS WHAT IT SOUNDS LIKE AND IS REFERRING ME TO PODIITARY PLEASE DO NOT LET THE ELDERLY MAN WORK ON YOUR TOES...
