Pizza Plus — Restaurant in Bristol

My boss and I had stopped in today on our lunch break. The young girl working the floor was very rude and disrespectful. No one was around to seat us or give us direction (since things have changed for the coronavirus), but she was at the drink machine and just looked at us but never said anything so we sat ourselves. The young girl then ran to the back and said, “WE AREN’T EVEN OPEN YET.” You could hear a man in the back tell her it was fine. She came to our table and asked us if we were there to dine in and we told her yes. She preceded with a huff and asked IF we wanted a drink. When we finally got our drink; my drink had a bread tie in it so I asked for another one and she had an attitude over that. We had asked about a special and she said she didn’t know but she could ask but never asked anyone and just kept standing there waiting for us to decide on something else. So we ordered a pizza and asked for a salad. She waited until the pizza was done before we even got to get our salad and was rude when making our food as if she was upset for having to serve us. Her attitude didn’t change until it was time for us to pay then she was really friendly and nice. Went and got pizza from this place and after a 35 minute wait, I got this so I was like ok I'll call them or I'll stop by and let them know this is not quality pizza, at first the lady that I spoke to who was supposed to be the manager proceeded to be rude and make excuses so I told her they could better, that even little Caesars was able to do better, so I left and called to speak to somebody with more common sense and I spoke with a guy named Mark well was I in for a surprise he also proceeded to make excuses telling me they made their pizza by hand and that what I got was the best they could do, he also told me he had been in the business since 1984, what a shame he's been doing this that long and still doesn't know what a pizza is supposed to look like or a quality of a pizza is supposed to be, frankly it wasn't a big deal but the they made it a big deal by not accepting responsibility for their poor pizza making skills and being able to satisfy 1 customer, oh well pizza plus is nothing but pizza place for hacks and isn't even worth going to anymore, I'll reserve my money and business for little caesars or another pizza place like Bellas now there's some pizza worth paying for, stay clear of this pizza plus they don't know who pay their bills and have forgotten how to make a good pie, thank-you and have...

𝐈 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐠𝐨 𝐭𝐨 this pizza plus again. Ordered 2 salad bars for my husband and I. We each go and get 1 plate with a salad and 1 plate with the pasta salads/ fruits. All is well and we get our tab…I pay the bill and notice my total is about $7 different than what my bill said. I ask why and then am told that WITHOUT MY PERMISSION they charged me for an extra salad bar because we got 2 plates. I’m sorry I don’t want the fruit juices going into my salad. Nowhere does it say you can only use 1 plate rather it says 1 TRIP to the salad bar which is exactly what we did. I speak to thr manager and am RUDELY told I was wrong in what I did. I said I want my money back and they refused. I even told them go check their cameras and the manager was very rude and before I said something I shouldn’t have I stormed out of the store. My son FELL on the way out because the floor was wet. Overall HORRIBLE service from the manager. Our server was wonderful and did a great job.
