My brother and I placed two separate orders through the Subway app and showed up at the pickup time. As soon as I walked in, the older woman behind the counter, Gene, was already fussing at her coworker for making the same sandwich she was making. She was really scolding him â it was awkward to watch. The guy honestly seemed like he was just doing his job and seemed he'd probably had to put up with this kind of treatment all the time.
While I waited, she started bagging my order and yelled across the store at me, motioning with her head to come over. I didnât move â donât call me over like that. She ended up walking over to hand me both orders, very slowly. I must've pissed her off with that one.
As I was walking out, she turned to the customer behind me and asked what he wanted. He didnât hear her, and instead of just repeating herself, she snapped, âI said WHAT CAN I GET YOU, and you just gave me a death stare â I donât know what that was about.â That sealed it for me. I got her name from her coworker and decided to leave this review. I also plan to speak with the owners directly since I actually work in the same corporate office building they do. I only came to this location to support them, but that kind of attitude makes it hard to want...
   Read moreThe people are good and the food us good. However 2 things (and this coming from a former Ops Director for a $4mil restaurant) 1) they NEVER staff very well. Always only 2 people working and when they get a bunch if online order it's boggs EVERYTHING down and you spend more time waiting. I end up leaving most of the time if there are more than 3 people ordering. And 2) they are out if some sort of ingredients all the time. Why?
