Impressive Customer Service and Attention to DetailI. recently had the pleasure of revisiting Riccotti after the manager reached out to address a concern I had about portion sizes. Their proactive approach to customer satisfaction left a lasting impression on me.Upon my return, I ordered the same dish I had previously, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that my complaint had been addressed. The cutlet, which had previously been too narrow for my liking, was now wider, perfectly meeting my expectations.This small adjustment showcased the restaurant's commitment to quality and their attentiveness to customer feedback. It's rare to encounter such dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction, and I commend Ricotti for their exemplary service.Overall, my experience at Ricotti was excellent, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food and exceptional customer care. I'll definitely be returning in the future.

I used to pick up a large chicken cutlet sandwich from this store every Monday and loved it. However, today I was disappointed to find that the cutlet was only half the size it used to be. I hope this was just a one-time occurrence and will give it another...

I just want to say how overwhelmed I am by the owner and staff of this establishment. They are awesome. I had an issue with my door dash order and instead of the old "you need to report it to Door dash" they jumped right in to fix the problem. Faith was so pleasant and professional and she didn't hesitate to offer a remake of my food. Even when I arrive to pick up the new food and show the staff how the order was delivered to me they were all so professional and nice. They listened to my ranting and assured me they will fix the issue, which they did. I received hot fresh food and I was very satisfied. To add the cherry on top of this amazing customer service sundae was the the personal text I received from Ben (the owner). Not only did his staff let him know what happened, but he reached out to me personally to get my side of things, apologize and to offer me further compensation. I am beyond amazed at how great everyone involved has handled the situation for me. I was already a loyal customer before because I love their sandwiches but this has solidified me as a customer for life. Thank you again to the staff and owner, YOU...

First off let me start by saying this is not a negative review in any shape or form. I love Riccotti’s. I tried their Detroit Pizza that they have been promoting for sometime. In terms of presentation and taste, terrific. 1-10 I would give it a 9.1. It’s really that good. The sourdough crust sets it apart. Now the bad if you want to call it that. I just think it’s too expensive. We can talk about inflation and how everything is up, and it is. They are using quality ingredients which cost money. At the end of the day though it’s a small pizza with six slices. With tax, I paid over $23. It’s just too much for what it is. I’m sure the price is based on what is cost to make it and that’s why I preference this isn’t a negative review. I just don’t see the value. I think the right price point if they could somehow make this pizza and not lose money is somewhere between $15.99-$18. Would I get it again at the current price? Probably. It’s great and I love supporting local businesses. I just think pricing is a little...
