Food was amazing. In the world of food delivery. It's nice getting a made on demand hot sandwich. Every sandwich does an amazing job of being fatty and cheesy with this acidic burst that doesn't take away from the sandwich.

The steak and cheese has this juicy caramelized onions and peppers that has been soaked up by the bread in the best way without becoming a sloppy mess. The Cubano is that perfect combination of salty fatty with a burst from the pickles. My money is chopped cheese. Luis was very easy to work with and responded to all my questions during the planning process. At the party, he was professional and down to earth.
