Just horrible. There's really nothing redeemable about this place other than it's better than sleeping in your car, but not by much! Upon entering, we noticed limited lighting, which I think is intentional because they're hoping you won't see how filthy it is there. The carpet was ratty, torn, burn holes. A table was dragged over a large hole in the carpet. The bed was firm, I'll give them that, but the sheets had NOT been changed after the last guest. There were long dark hairs all over and even worse short and curly ones! The bedspread was stained with what I can only assume was urine. We asked for clean bedding and got attitude from the owner. He wanted to argue with us about the sheets being clean! He was incredibly rude. We ended up using our own. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The telephone didn't work, but with the dirt and what I think might have been blood on the cord, who would even want to use it?! There was no microwave and the fridge was sketchy. The wifi signal was very weak in room 105. I want to say it's a cheap place to crash if you're desperate, but it's insanely over priced for what you get. Seriously,...
Read morePlymouth Motor Lodge is a solid choice when staying in Terryville Ct, albeit there isn’t a lot of choice in the area. They get a third star by offering a mini fridge, microwave, and an additional security bolt on the door. Some of the clientele seem a little sketchy so I’d be sure to park close to your room and to make sure your vehicle is locked up. The front desk is accommodating but needs to provide the guests the WiFi password when checking in instead of having to revisit the office later in your stay. I’d stay here again if...
