I called Bluff City Subway to order while I was in the car. The guy who answered said I had to order on line. I went back to my house and ordered. The online order said it would be ready in 25 minutes. So while I was driving from Bristol to Piney Flats I stopped in to pick up my order. They didn't get the order. I called my credit card company and the charge went through, but I would have to get it reversed. If the guy took my order over the phone then this would not have happened. I cannot get online while I am driving and this is ridiculous. I went to Piney Flats Subway and they said they take orders on the phone, while the guy in Bluff City said they don't because of people ordering and not picking up their food. That is a great way to treat your paying customers.... Punish them instead of treating them right. I always try to give Bluff City Subway my business, but won't if they are too lazy to take an order...

Amazing location but always out of supplies needed to make items off the menu and Understaffed at all the busiest times.Look at your busy hours and learn to schedule!
