Subway — Restaurant in Bristol

I called Bluff City Subway to order while I was in the car. The guy who answered said I had to order on line. I went back to my house and ordered. The online order said it would be ready in 25 minutes. So while I was driving from Bristol to Piney Flats I stopped in to pick up my order. They didn't get the order. I called my credit card company and the charge went through, but I would have to get it reversed. If the guy took my order over the phone then this would not have happened. I cannot get online while I am driving and this is ridiculous. I went to Piney Flats Subway and they said they take orders on the phone, while the guy in Bluff City said they don't because of people ordering and not picking up their food. That is a great way to treat your paying customers.... Punish them instead of treating them right. I always try to give Bluff City Subway my business, but won't if they are too lazy to take an order...

This particular subway location is one of the worst run that I've come across. Amazing location but always out of supplies needed to make items off the menu and Understaffed at all the busiest times.Look at your busy hours and learn to schedule! There has been a hiring sign up for multiple months but noone gets hired .I have lived 2 mins away for 12 years and I could certainly tell you where the problems stem from.Would love to see the head Subway Corporates look into who is running...

I was in there Monday night at about 7:30 ish. They were 2 men working. The one that was training the new boy treated him awful. Talked down to him like he was nothing. He even smarted off at me a couple of times. That's just unacceptable. I will not be back. I felt so sorry for that young man. On to the food. The lettuce tasted bad, which ruined the...
