Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Brockton

I decided to get some food for dinner so I put in a order at 7:00 P.M. After 2 hours my food had still not shown up so I called and asked to speak with the manager after waiting for almost 10 minutes I decided to hang up and call back. I waited another 10 minutes and as I was about to hang up for good the manager finally picked up the phone. I explained this all to him and he said that the delivery driver had forgotten my food there and that he was going to make my order fresh and as soon as it was "out of the oven" (his words) he was going to have it sent over to me free of charge. Well apparently this is the worst management ever because I waited another 2.5 hours and still no food. Thanks to this place I not only didn't get food tonight, I have had the single worst experience I have ever had ordering anything from anywhere. You need to not only never order your food from here, you need to tell everyone you know to stay away as well. I would rate them negative 100 stars if that...

This is by far the worst restaurant in Brockton. Please do not order for this particular place. I have ordered from them 6 times in the past 2 months and 5 out of the 6 times, they messed up my order. My family has been let down and dissapointed time and time again. The food is good when they ACTUALLY get the order correct, I"ll give them that. But it is rare. The customer service is terrible. The "delivery insurance" does not apply to this location. They give you an attitude when THEY messed up the order. The food has absolutely no consistency. I order the same thing just about every time and not once have I got the same result. Been ordering from dominos on the south side of brockton for years, but since the location change the service has been the worst experiance ever! Its more disgusting than the terrible food their peddling and passing off and something remotely edible. I placed and order online and address was changed from market to east market but the driver had no sense to relize theres no houses on the east market to drive up the street i then call the store only to be told by the gm that i put in the address wrong like im a child and i dont know where i live! The only thing he could offer me was a free soda then said if i screen shot my address that said i typed market and not east market hed give me a free order like we middle school trying to prove a point i will not rest untill this place...
