Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brockton

The supervisor or manager was very obnoxious, ignoring me the customer after coming from the back of the store to chastise an employee, telling him to take off his headset several times and given him a mouthful about how to handle the customers in the drive thru. Meanwhile, me and another customer were standing at the counter inside the store and had to wait a very long time to be served. When I finally was serviced I was asked to cone to the drive thru counter, had to wait some more while her and the young man behind the counter continued to wait on the customers in the drive thru. The young man finally asked me what I would like, I told him a hot coffee and a hash brown he got my coffee right away then went back to filling the drive thru orders. After waiting a good amount of time I asked the lady if I could pay for the coffee and forget the hash browns because they should have been done by then and they were not even started. She took my payment then proceeded to tell me there shouldn't be just those two and a whole bunch of other stuff that I didn't need to hear.

I was ignored for too lung, the lady was completely disrespecting the young man with the way she was talking to him and she was clearly showing off in front of me the customer to let him know who had the power. It made me wonder the reason why the regular staff were not there if they had to put up with her obnoxious behavior. She didn't even acknowledge me once when she came out from...

I usually go to this Dunkin to get my strawberry refresher with no ice. the lady told me it was a new policy that all the drinks had to have ice. I had a cold at this moment and just needed something room temperatures. So I ask for a refund and she gave it to me. I have questions. Why would the lady say that it’s a new policy when the other Dunkin’s don’t have it? Does this Dunkin’s only operate by itself? Terrible customer service. I wanted to make sure what the lady was saying it’s true so I went to the one on Montello.. I ordered the same thing and got it with no ice. If the Lady had the new policy why didn’t she tell me when I was ordering.. she waited till I payed to give the drink full of ice. Ok let’s say she didn’t hear me. She could’ve made me a new drink or just remove the ice and add other things but no. She lied in my face. I won’t be going there ever...

Usually I do not write reviews but this establishment is quite literally the worst dunkin’ donuts I have ever been to. I am not sure if he is the manager or if he is just a normal worker, but the man who is usually working the drive thru window is the rudest person I have ever met. There has not been one time where I went to this location and he didn’t have an attitude. I work right down the street and me and my coworkers usually go there in the morning and LITERALLY every time he has a gross attitude. It’s a shame because the ladies that work there are so nice and I feel sorry that he is their boss. (if he is) He is the only problem...
