I bought a phone at this store from Jose m He sold me a phone a case for protection and a screen protector. Well he put the screen protector and there was dust/dirt between the screen and screen protector. I asked about it and Jose m. told me it would go away in a couple days. Well ot didnt clear up so I went back and asked him about it.....He told me he cant/wont do anything about it then told me to stop giving him a hard time because he is not going to do anything to help me...unless I was going to buy a new screen protector. I then said to your not gonna help me and he said "No" Im not. I then called Metro PCS customer service and filed a complaint. Screen savers at $15.00 each are not cheap and thats why I asked Jose m. to put it on my phone. I wanted to be sure it was put on properly in which it was not. This guy Jose should have stood behind the product he sold me in which he did not. So I pretty much wasted $15.00 Feel free...

Wasnt told there was a fee for charger..i wanted 30 plan gave me 40 plan and 10 insurance without my permission..was there 3hrs in total.. Main reason for going to Brockton was to record dead moms voice on my new fone for me ..wasnt done ..my friend had to go back in store to have it done for me ..Bc i had enough!!!

The customer service I called for the WiFi device couldn't solve anything and was told contact the store for help..when I called the store I was told I called the wrong store and nobody answered when I called again and again. Very surprised but then again the guy there was completely overwhelmed with customers and was alone so I sorta feel compassionate.. somewhere there is a manager looking for work and this...
