Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brockton

Idk much about the service other then a few orders..but ALYSSA the afternoon to nighttime worker is AWESOME!.She found my girls purse and wallet and put it away safe in the office until we figured it was left there the following night!.So honest I dont think she even opened it to find out the owners name.That alone will make me use this Dunks over others "LIKE THE WORST DUNKS AT WESTGATE MALL NEXT TO CARWASH..WITH THE CRAYON EATING NAY NAY WHO IS COMPLETELY IGNORANT AND IMMATURE AND STRUGGLES TO KEEP UP WITH ANOTHER WORKER with her AND A TOTAL OF 3 ORDERS 1 BAGEL AND 2 COFFEES .IT TOOK 8 MINUTES TO REALIZE I WAS AT DRIVETHRU WINDOW THEN ARGUED FOR ANOTHER 8 MINUTES...HAVENT WENT BACK SINCE FOR FEAR OF MAKING ONE OF THE DRIVETHRU DRIVEBY VIDEOS WITH A LARGE CUP OF WARM MAPLE SYRUP AND DORITOS MIXED TO BOUNCE OFF HER...

My first time at this location of Dunkin' and I'm truly disappointed. I went through the drive-thru to order a coffee. The young man who took the order had no customer service skills at all. After taking the order. He said nothing, he didn't ask if I wanted anything else , he didn't even thank me for the order, nor did he tell me to drive around to the window, absolutely, nothing. I had to ask if my order was all set. To which he answered rudely, "yeah". I was taken back. When I did drive around to the window, I ask the young lady at the window if a manager was on duty. She told me "no" and then told me a manager wouldn't be on duty until Tuesday. I thought to myself that couldn't be true. What I do know, I would never go back to that location, especially, if that's the type of service I am going to receive....

Was my all time favorite Dunks. I always drove out of my way . I’m from east Bridgewater. But now it’s gone with the wind ! They had a great crew walk in they greet you, if you was waiting they reassured you they will be right with you. They always were smiling . Not no more. They all were nice Especially a girl they called Cici (she would remember customers orders) she always greeted good morning how are you doing today . The Manager seems like she is working against them not with them. Maybe they just need new management she is so loud and rude lately .My order is getting made wrong ,will say bye to this Dunkin...
