Reid's Ultimate Breakfast — Restaurant in Brockton

A close personal friend comes here quite often as this is her favorite place to eat. She had a terrible experience over the weekend which has made her majorly turned off from this place. She goes in with her daughter like she always does and there's a clear sign that says wait to be seated. She waits like she always does, 2 servers completely disregarded her and she was just left standing there while 2 people walked in and sat themselves. If this was the case, the serves could've been like hey how are you, please seat anywhere you would like, nothing. She then goes clearly no one wanted to work so she proceeds to leave. My friend is not a confrontational person. Her daughter closes the door behind her as they were leaving. One of the servers then comes out screaming that we didn't have to slam the door. She couldn't acknowledge her waiting for a table but acknowledged the door being slammed and instead of being nice, they decided to be rude. The waitress i had was buddly very friendly greeted me with a smile and good morning, the other 2 waitresses had absolutely no personality did not even greet not 1 customer with a smile or good morning seemed more or less they could care less and just want to make their tips. The food was ok the cooffee was not to hot I myself am a waitress and i would never treat any of my customers like they are not the reason i go to work everyday making them happy and putting a smile on their face i will definitely not be returning to this establishment. I absolutely love this small and very friendly breakfast restaurant in Brockton on the Southside of town!

You can seat yourself. The wait staff is very quick to start providing you with assistance with the menu. The food is served in really large portions to me. The food has a super quick turnaround time from order to delivery to your table.

I take everyone I know there now! They are all shocked that the restaurant doesn't have a lot of media hype. A quite and understated jewel in Brockton near the K-Mart plaza that serves excellent food with a honestly atmosphere. All are welcome and treated her well here.
