Are you tired of the same old same old? Then try a DIFFERENT flavor of Hispanic food! As the name implies, itās āsort ofā Puerto Rican. So, donāt come expecting the typical sofrito-taste, but I love that she has given the criollo staples her own creative touch! I also like that you can come grab a just a bite, but also have several full meal options. The only reason I didnāt give them 5 stars is because the rice is undercooked (capital sin in the Puerto Rican bible) The aroma of the pork has me salivating all the way home, and the flavor did not disappoint!
