McDonald's — Restaurant in Bronson

If I could give no stars I would. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY. My wife, 3 children and I went through the drive thru no more than a week ago. We ordered 2 mcdoubles ONLY ketchup and cheese (because bronson mi has to specify ONLY ketchup AND cheese on a double CHEESEburger sandwich) because my wife is DEALTHY allergic to onions and my son eats only ketchup on his double cheeseburger, a 10 piece, 2 6 pieces for our girls, 3 small fries, 1 large fry, a McChicken and a normal mcdouble. We get home and get settled in ready to eat, we check our sandwiches and neither of the only ketchups had ketchup at all, and to top it off, my wife and I found onion on her burger only after she was starting to have trouble breathing cause we're assuming she had already ate atleast one and still has pain in her lymph nodes to this day. I called after being able to finally get my wife to breathe (somewhat) without issues and explained what happened and was told we were gonna our entire order redone and our name was taken down but when I tried calling the day after there was no answer so even showing up there and telling the manager who was there at the time what had happened I was told she had just started and didn't know where they would have put any of my information and to call the next day and ask for the gm, tried numerous times that day and the day after and still no answer, 5 days later and my wife is still having pain in her lymph nodes and I have no answer from bronson mcdicks whether I call them or show...

Place is a joke. Most of staff especially the managers very unfriendly. Food always cold and buns always hard. Or burgers are burnt. I ordered 2 double cheese and received the 2 that must have been sitting in the trash can all day. Couldn't even get the courage to bite into it was repulsive. This was after I went to my home and I went back to replace the doubles and they matched the same quality while I waited 10 more minutes at the counter. Complete waste of time AND money. Do yourself a favor and hit the dollar general behind them and make yourself some lunch or dinner and save yourself the frustration that I experience going there EVERYTIME. Oh that's right, the dollar general never has any food on the shelves either because the workers sit in the back room and never stock anything and wait a half hour in line at one register when there are 2 and they just peep their heads out and say he she say and then disappear. Moved to this town here 2yrs ago thinking it would be a pleasant small town but boy am I wrong. It's a complete let down and man what a rip off property taxs are here... enough ranting about bronson in general.. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS MCDONALD'S AND KEEP DRIVING RIGHT THRU BRONSON YOU...

Wow. What a horrible experience. The lovely you lady that cashed us out was fantastic and funny. The manager, not so much. Friend used her husbands card. The manager/supervisor or whatever she was, very rude. Said she had to see the card to verify signatures. Her card was not signed. NEVER once asked for ID. When my friend told her that it was her husbands card, her reply was "can't use it, put the card back in so I can refund it". Attitude right from the start which was very frustrating. So my friend wasn't so pleasant back at her. I understand needing to check ID but this woman was asking to verify signatures that were on the receipt and the card. My friend gave her the other card with her name on and laid all her cards out telling her that was who she said she was along with her ID that the woman never asked for. Meanwhile I'm quiet just listening and the lady says "you can both just leave without any food and get out of here". I've been in management for 10 years. I highly suggest choosing someone else to be in charge. Someone with a more pleasant attitude who can explain policies better. Any attitude she got from my friend was because of the supervisors attitude...
