I did a mobile order while I was heading out of town after 5am pull in seeing a person already in drive thru circle building and both sat at speaker for couple minutes. I got no response from asking hello do pulled forward and the staff just yapping away without a care in the world by this time its 5:08am and I want my food I paid for. Finally get someone to window and they don't even have my order ready ; they have no headsets on to take orders but managed to get them on when finally get my drink. I'm sorry if you hate your job but if you're supposed to open at 5am take pride in work not for the company but yourself and do what you are hired to do unlike the other coworker walking around parking lot with a broom just smoking and not anything else. Food is good never got the wrong order or messed up order but maybe that’s because i order online. They make it short, simple, and are sweet about it. Sometimes you might have to wait a little longer depending on the cars in line but it’s worth the wait. Only problem is that sometimes when I order fries they don’t put any or enough salt on them. They used to forget straws and dipping sauce but have recently been doing better just don’t forget the napkins. I have constantly never received them. Other than that i still order from there. Horrible service. Seemed like only one man was working, who was hardly working at all. The rest of the workers were outside talking to each other like they weren’t on the clock. My sister went to the same location just hours prior to me and was face with the same conditions. On top of being forced to wait 30 minutes at the ordering menu.
