I understand things happen but it is horrible to tell a customer to basically move out the way and this issue is for you to deal with and I'm not helping you at all. I placed an order on the app at 2:50 pm and waited in the drive thru line for 15 mins, when I got to the window, told the lady I placed a mobile order. The lady who I believe is the manager came to the window and told me that they don't have an order for me and that I need to move out of the way and just wait for my order to "magically" appear on there end. I showed her the receipt and told her I placed the order over 20 minutes and asked her how much longer I needed to wait for this order to "magically" appear. I order on the app all the time and have never had this issue. They always receive it right away. So I asked her who they gave my order to since it wasn't showing now and it had been 30 minutes a this point. All she would say is that there is nothing they can do and that I would just have to wait for the order to appear. All that was ordered was 2 drinks. Which makes it difficult to confirm your in-app purchase at the drive-through at the point it says to pick a stall number. The food was great, as always. Every family member finished everything they got. The prices are still reasonable. The service is great. This was the first time I had someone bring my food out when I was 2nd from the window. I've seen them do it before. So maybe do what I did, and leave a little more space between you and the car in front of you. Because I guarantee that someone else is going to pull up behind you. Read moreThis is a good sonic. I don’t love fast food, but I have been impressed with the service and cleanliness at this location every time I go there. I use the app as it’s really easy to use and our drinks are ready when we get there. My son adds all sorts of discord and stuff to his drinks and they are always exactly what he ordered, even down to extra cherries or ice. The staff are all friendly and pay attention to the store and customers. I know I’m only paying a few dollars for some slushies but they still value every customer here.
