Service is always great, very welcoming, exceptionally friendly, extremely fast and when they get to know you like myself they have my drink made before I walk in the door and I ask my favorite server where's their section, find a table and sit down and depending on the time of day they know what I'm having for breakfast, lunch and usually dinner is a call in order which is always great as well...I love this Huddle House off of I-20/59W exit 86 Brookwood/Vance on Covered Bridge Rd in Brookwood, Alabama Ask for Kristi or Misty they're two of the best servers if not the best there but all are great in my opinion!!!! A must stop if you love great service, great food, welcoming atmosphere and a great location. One of the best places to eat traveling from Tuscaloosa to Birmingham, Atlanta to Dallas or any destination off of I-20/59W minutes from Tuscaloosa and about 30 minutes from Birmingham!!!!! I usually don't take time out of my day to write reviews, but in this case I feel I must.

Their night shift crew: best crew to be around. Super nice, friendly, very communicative & fast with food.

Their day shift? Rude as all get out. I had called to cancel my order that i placed maybe 5 minutes after placing it. Was told it cannot be cancelled as they had already started working on it? & in the background I could hear a woman, "I ALREADY STARTED MAKING IT YOU BETTA TELL HER COME & GET IT?!" Simply because I wanted a refund? & then I was told I had to call back Monday Morning to speak with the owner over $10?

$10 is usually nothing to me, but given how tough things are nowadays every little penny counts.

Anytime I've ever come to order on day shifts, i'm never greeted with a 'how are you?!' Or 'what can i do for you?!' It's always a monotone, 'online order?!' & nothing else besides them handing...

Absolutely disgusting. This establishment off exit 86 in Brookwood, AL, has offended me in the worst ways.

I've always gotten rotten service and cold, half assed food.

But today was an extra garbage day.

About an hour ago, we ordered two MVP meals. Waited 45 minutes to the point of aggravation.

Of course we understood but we were famished. When we finally received our food, the eggs were cold, the sausage patties were comparable to a brillo pad, the biscuits were damn near frozen, and to top it all off, my mothers lunch got interrupted halfway through my a DEAD FLY. not just a dead fly, but a dead fly that managed to be fried to the hashbrowns.
