Going down and and down and down in quality.
This place used to be good. Now you can’t even get fries that are properly cooked.
Order their special and it’s barely got the ingredients on the sandwich. Today I ordered 2 double mushroom Swiss and fries. They had no Swiss so I got normal cheese. Get home the fries are not fully cooked. They are limp and soggy. The burgers have next to no mushrooms. It’s a mushroom burger… what did we wait extra time for if you can’t even give us cooked and complete food.
The community is starting to turn on you guys. Get it together.
This is not the first issue. The quality has had a serious decline over the past 1-2 years. Seems like each time I go I have a new reason to complain. It’s to the point to where I have to be next to starving with nothing in the house to even debate going to this location.
Sorry Jacks. I’ve always been a fan of you guys and will continue to patronize other locations. The Brookwood one though is square on the bottom of the list for me!
Edit: Went back a couple of times same if not worse results each time.
For all these replies saying send us a note at tellittojacks.smg nothing is ever done no calls are made no email attempts are made. They are just replying to people to make it appear as if they actually care a single bit about the customer experience. Just sad. What was once a great franchise is turning into a corporate machine thinking they can’t possibly fail at this point.
We have seen many places come and go from this town and I will tell you Jacks isn’t immune to the spending power of the community. If you continue like this they won’t keep...
Read moreDriving overnight to a wedding in Alabama , and being the fastfood breakfast junkie that I am, I scan the big blue signs along the interstate to see what people are eating. Then I see Jack's listed, something new to me. When I arrived at my destination I started to research them, fortunately there was one not far from our hotel. I had a plan for breakfast.
Breakfast Saturday at 10:30am, the drive thru was full, so I choose to order at the counter. At that time of day you can get breakfast or lunch. I got the #1 breakfast combo, a chicken biscuit with hash browns and a iced coffee, an had them add egg and cheese to the biscuit. I also got the sausage, egg and cheese wrap (burrito). The potatoes were delicious, as was the chicken biscuit. The burrito is kinda small and simple, but has a small price tag also. I threw some of the crispy potatoes and hot sauce in the burrito and brought it up a few notches. It was very good.
Restaurant was clean, service was fast and friendly. If I'm traveling through the south in the future I will definitely hit up...
Read moreOK, so I don't eat at this Jack's very much. And I do not do fast food that much anymore anyways recently I stopped just eating it as much with all the facts I've read about what all hamburger meat has in it and how many different cows it actually is coming from during the grounding process before it is actually shipped out to the people that order it. Anyways 🤷🏼♀️what I was getting at honestly though is that the food isn't great anymore. If they had somebdoy to go around undercover and trying these places it would be alot better people living Jacks again. But yep you need undercover that not even the store knows about to just get your true perspective of everything or some kind of deal worked out to where you can be that secret shopper. It works it works to make the public food taste better and back to what it used to be at all Jack's ya know. Anyways Good luck with fixing all the issues bc I truly hope you get this...
