Backyard Burger — Restaurant in Brooten

After reading reviews we decided to stop on our way home. Burgers were fantastic! I just wish that they had a single patty option(too much for me). The only negative was the fries...they had an odd flavor...was it cheaper frozen brand or the oil? Fries were very disappointing. Highly recommend taking the time to use real potatoes, make your own and you'll more than make your costs back if that's an issue. People LOVE REAL fries.....you...

While i think the burgers and food here are good, if you’re looking for ice cream, go somewhere else. We ordered cones but they needed to put them upside down in cups because it was too soft. The cups were full and overflowing with liquid cause it was too soft. It just doesn’t compare to the ice cream that the Chuck wagon had! But maybe it was just tonight. The drinks were supposed to be 20 oz drinks and they can’t be more then...

Discovered this place a couple weeks ago while driving by on a work related outing. Liked it so much I took my wife back here to eat, even though it’s 88 miles from our home. She got the Brewten and I ordered the Backyard Burger. (Check out their menu on their FB page) We also got the loaded tots. Outstanding! We’ll definitely be back here and have already told other people about this great little roadside burger joint....
