Horrible service! Guy with the tattoos is extremely rude and we ended up going to the other New Orleans Dacquiri. I shouldnât be forced to give a tip. Wouldnât let me enter my own card because he tried to automatically put the 20% tip when he scanned the card. I refused. He was real pushy and demanded I give him my card so he can scan it in but I eventually drove off. He then slammed the window on us. Itâs usually a positive experience but this Holden guy has to go. Point blank. Hire someone with soft skills and better customer service and more people would probably be lining up for service. I noticed that there was no one in there and no one in the line. As a Manager myself I understand trying to bring revenue in but man, you guys definitely lost my business at this particular location.
