Reedsville Creamery Ice Cream Stand — Restaurant in Brown Township

Reedsville creamery is a great addition to the town. We tried an assortment of flavors that we selected called a"flight.". I like the option of a variety. I picked strawberry cheesecake and peanut butter. My son chose cookie dough and cookies and cream. The young ladies were very friendly and helpful. They created an amazing outdoor dining area that is brilliantly decorated with colorful flowers. Well worth the visit! And although we didn't order food, it looked and smelled very good. My only hold up on awarding a perfect rating was the ice cream wasn't as creamy as other semi-locally made treats. The texture just didn't capture that perfect creamy smoothness. Update, I have moved my rating up to a 5 star after having the highly acclaimed smashburger and fries. We have driven 20 plus miles just to get a smashburger here. They always have a little something extra that just makes the flavors pop. Fries have always been a little extra crispy and never mushy. Waited in line. And waited. Two folks working saw us through the glass, didn't even acknowledge us. No nod, no wave, nothing. Finally the person waiting in front of us turned around and told us he'd been there 10 minutes and they hadn't taken his order or even once acknowledged him yet. First time in. Heard the smash burgers were great. I can confirm. A lot of places claiming to have “smash burgers” don’t and these are top notch. The fries were also great and crispy which is rare and customer service was great. Don’t remember her name but young woman that helped me was super nice and dedicated to ensuring the quality of the business. 10/10 recommend.
