Hands down the best dining experience and food in Central PA. Each month they have a unique menu full of local ingredients that never disappoints. My wife and I have been each month (except one) since they opened in their new location. I’m not sure how the owners come up with such unique and delicious menus each month, but it’s a highlight of our dining experience in the area. Their small and well-trained staff also makes for an intimate experience where they share intricate details about each course at every serving. The fact that they’re also BYOB makes the entire dinner relatively inexpensive for the experience. Their new online reservations through Resy also makes getting a reservation here easier! If you have a party of 8-10, definitely book the table by the kitchen where you can watch the chef preparing your meals.

For perspective, we split time between State College and Washington, D.C. and I would hold the dining experience against the best restaurants there, but on a more intimate and...

My husband and I try to make it here once a month. We fell in love with everything about the Revival Kitchen. The vibe is very laid back with a clean feeling. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into every aspect of this restaurant. Liz and Chef Q are both humble and welcoming. The food is just something that is hard to explain. Chef Q is able to get the most delicate flavors and combines ingredients in a way that is so pleasing. Take your time and savor each bite. He pays close attention to textures as well. It is truly a work of art to look at his dishes. We love that that we get to enjoy many different tastes with 5 dishes, plus there are always a few surprise bites. We never walk out bloated or stuffed, rather we walk out with a sense of enjoying an eating adventure. On our way out we are given a bag of their delicious popcorn. The best part is that Chef Q makes very healthy dishes....

Creative, inventive cuisine made by talented chef-owners who do complete justice to the quality of the local ingredients they use. The passion, skill and care are infused into each seasonal dish served, creating dishes with beautiful flavor, texture and aesthetics. The service is spot-on and servers are welcoming, warm and attentive. A local winery operates a wine cellar/bar in the restaurant. Do some tasting, buy a bottle, bring it to the table. Excellent wines and wide selection. Great concept. In the heart of central PA's Amish country. 5 stars are not sufficient to reflect the superb nature of the chefs, the food, the staff and this restaurant that is...

I ate one of the best meals ever at Revival Kitchen in Reedsville. The restaurant is in Central Pennsylvania, just outside Lewistown and about 30 minutes from State College. They are a 26-seat seasonal restaurant operating from April to October, making Reedsville a dining destination. Chef Quintin Wicks is a Lewistown native who returned to the area with his wife Liz to create this premier culinary experience. Their dishes feature locally sourced ingredients to create beautiful and delicious farm-to-table tasting menus. Each month, the menu changes using the freshest items from the local farms. I got the opportunity to eat there in September when I was in town for Goose Day with the Juniata River Valley Visitors Bureau. My meal was an incredible five courses. The whole menu from my visit is below. Reservations for Revival Kitchen open up for the entire season at once and they will go fast. It’s worth making a reservation if you know you’ll be in the area. • Honeynut Squash Soup - Asian Pear, Pumpkin Seeds, Wild Rice, Delicata Squash, Buttermilk, Sage • Pickled Peach Salad - Arugula, Shaved Fennel, Candied Pecans, White Balsamic, Sheep Milk Cheese • Red Wine & Rosemary Braised Lamb Shank - Toasted Fregola, Roasted Peppers, Eggplant, Black Olives, Slow Roasted Tomato, Almonds, House Pepperoncini, Gremolata • Intermezzo • Shrimp and Sweet Corn Grits - Anson Mills Grits, Sweet Corn Puree, Sharp Cheddar, Pickled Habanero Chilis, Green Onion, Crispy Garlic, Peppercorn Sauce • Apple Cider Beignets -Miso Butterscotch, Mulled Cider 📍Revival Kitchen 64 S Main St Reedsville, PA 17084 #restaurant #food #foodies #farmtotable #centralpa #dinner #tastingmenu

Visited a second time, now in the new location. We ate outside on the porch under a massive sycamore. The menu is prefix, five courses and changes seasonally. The dishes are always inventive and bring together flavors in a way that had us spending at least 5 minutes considering each dish. Who knew sesame and watermelon could work? A 15% gratuity is included in the price, but we felt the service deserved a little extra. It's BYOB.
