McDonald's — Restaurant in Brownsburg

Just go to another location. Placed an order that was repeatedly input incorrectly, first as a vanilla shake, then a coffee add ice and vanilla, once corrected was told to pull to the window. First window, no one was present. Waited and then pulled forward. Person there wore a manager's (possibly] shirt and was rude. I asked if I was supposed to wait at the first window, was told no there is just 2 people there today. Mentioned should probably put a sign on the window, everyone was waiting back there. He argued they aren't and roughly grabbed my bag, handed it to me and said have a nice day. I told him no, I'm not done, I also had a iced vanilla coffee with light ice. He said very rude no you didn't and you weren't charged for one. I then said I have been cordial and nice though frustrated from the start of my order so who took my order and what his name was because this attitude is extremely unnecessary, to which he responded I'm not telling you and you don't need to know I'm refusing service and shut the window. Handed food out to wrong customer. Manager was outside smoking. Lady pulled up as I was of course at the second window waiting pulled up. Manager got out of her truck to see what was wrong. Lady and her stood infront of my car going through bag. Manager looked dead at me. Walked in side door, announced yall gave out the wrong food. I pulled up immediately, went in. Manager tried to hand me food her and a customer had put hands in and the lady pulled off with ass well. Had to demand new food and told her i cant believe they was about to give me food that LEFT THE STORE AND THEY RUMMAGE THROUGH INFRONT OF ME. Her response tried to mumble at the register "she was on break". And she wasnt I seen her walk out get in her truck approximately 2 min and SHE RUMMAGED THROUGH THE BAG and looked at me and brought it inside. And gave to them to give to me. This location is OBVIOUSLY owned by the same guy as the other two locations in Brownsburg. It seems as though they hold onto napkins like they are a commodity. Order for what is obviously 4 people, and they give 3 napkins. Ask for more, and they give you 2 more. I understand food costs are a thing, but come on already. What makes it worse, is two of the original napkins are soaked in oil from the fries.

Today, I had "table service". I sat there for 10 minutes before going up to discover my food in the window. Everything cold. They said I should have been listening.

Recommendation: Drive the extra 8 minutes to Avon. I know I will be moving forward.
