We pulled up to the window, the girl taking our order was completely rude. I understand if she can’t hear me over the speaker, but to say “speak up I can’t hear you” is completely unacceptable. Instead of being nice and asking me to talk louder, she constantly gave me attitude because she couldn’t hear me. I asked if they had strawberry ice cream and the girl said no with a rude attitude, terrible. Paying customers should not have to deal with rude staff. We ordered 3 banana splits, my friend was asked if she wanted everything on her banana split over the speaker twice, and then again at the window. When she opened the box there was nothing on it expect a tiny bit of whip cream and the smallest bit of caramel at the bottom. Unacceptable, she asked us three different times. I was completely disappointed with the service I received tonight I go to this place almost everyday after work and this is the 3rd time that I get there at 9:10pm and they have everything closed and tooken down they barely wanted to take order. My ice cream was runny and the girl was sliding access the floor because the other girl that was there was moping the floor while the young lady helped me it was one person pulled up after me and when they seen that person pull up they turned the lights off saying they are closing early tonight but this seem to be the norm for them they was very rude and messed up my order. Awesome ice cream and frozen custard shop located just east of Telegraph on Sibley. The prices are great for the sizes they give you; a medium shake feels like a large shake!

I personally LOVE the cherry cheesecake flurry. The little cheesecake bites make it a 5/5 in my book.

You can also buy a little medal for a nominal price that will save you 10% on future purchases, so if you frequent there, it's worth getting.

While it can get busy, especially late afternoon, their staff kicks butt getting orders out super fast. Kudos to them for a great job!
