Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Brownstown Charter Township

Last year I went in for what I thought was a free upgrade, the store charged me 300 for a phone which I thought was my new bill b.c they said my plan needed too be updated. I Immediately return the phone and told them.I will buy a phone elsewhere. They tried to charge me for a new phone line which I did not want. Come to find out today when I Talk to customer service.I'm still being charged for that line I had canceled that day. They said somebody is using that phone and data. I'm definitely contacting Authorities with a lawsuit b.c that's hundreds in charges they won't...

This is by far the best metro store in the area, not only do they have more options to select from over all the other stores for miles around. The employees are truly amazing, Lori is by far the most awesome lady in the world, not only did she find over $15 in unnecessary charges I was getting charged every month but also got me upgraded to a new military grade waterproof drop-proof phone that nobody else was able to find for the last few weeks for me...

This is the worst place to ever buy from or go to my son was sold the wrong case for his phone and they would not give him his receipt or let him exchange it they are disgusting rude people and I will do everything in my power to let everyone know how crooked they are!
