Tiffany's Pizza — Restaurant in Brownstown Charter Township

I used to go to a Tiffany’s for lunch within walking distance from my house for a very long time. However, they started burning my pizza and I asked politely if they could make it so it was not burnt. I received nothing but a bad attitude and I was told they could not do anything about it.

So I decided to try a new Tiffany’s for lunch 20 minutes from my house. I am SO GLAD that I did!!

Dawn, the owner is the most kind and caring owner I have ever met! I told her about the Tiffany’s near me and how they began burning my pizza, and with the utmost confidence, she said she will make it the way I want it. I now drive 20 min each way to get my pizza, cheese bread, and breadsticks each week. The drive is so worth it! Dawn has made sure to make all of my food to perfection each week, and I have been going there for weeks now. She is so sweet, she will even open the door for me and open my car door as my hands are full. She even reached out to me through Facebook messenger to make sure I was ok because I happened to miss coming a couple of weeks...

Honestly i would not even rate this pizza place with a one star if I didn’t have to just to write a review. First of all, if you have read the reviews (the bad ones anyways) you will find they are completely accurate about this place. Took over an hour to get my food delivered. Pizza was cold, bread was not cooked thoroughly, and grinder was sloppily thrown together falling out of the package everywhere when i opened it. Manager replaced my order but charged my debit card another $5 without my consent (which i will be disputing). The food is made of the poorest quality. Hardly any pizza sauce (yet the sauce had a nasty flavor anyways) and sprinkled with a few pieces of ham and pepperoni. Jalepeno bread had RAW DOUGH in it and grinder had a ton of cheap mushrooms. I have been ordering from here since this virus usually I order delivery but since I was already out I did a pick up order but usually I order delivery 2 til maybe 3 times a week but when I went in to pick up my order it was not done so I had to wait for the young girl to make my salad she did not give me enough of anything I had order double on then when I said something she got upset with me and walked off and the older gentleman took over what I was speaking to the young lady about when I got home I had all mostly lettuce hardly none of the extra toppings I ask for I had been ordering g the family size salad for 2 weeks from them but this day I had a bad experience, I only went to this place because the owner recommended me to come and try them out I met her at the school where my granddaughter attends I hope this do not happen again if I decide to give them...
