Horrible customer service! I called to place a delivery order and asked to have egg added to a salad and was told they couldn't add egg, then told that they could, followed by they couldn't and moments later said that they definitely could. Salad came with no egg by the way. Ordered two large pizzas as well and the girl on the phone was very short and rude. Didn't tell me what my total was and after getting my card number told me it would be delivered in 30-45 minutes and hung up. Next time I'll go to Blondies or drive to Seymour to get something better and worth the money. Owner/management needs to do some serious training with employees or have a better process in place when hiring. Lesson...

We absolutely love Snappy Tomato Pizza!! Their pizza is quite delicious and you can usually get a pretty good selection with the buffet. They will even most likely make you a specialty pizza for the buffet if you ask! I only have a couple of suggestions. First, if your buffet starts at 5pm, then please have pizza on it at 5pm, 5:05 at the latest. We have sat there for almost 15-20 mins waiting for food. $50 order of 2 large pizzas and cinnamon sticks. Cinnamon sticks were burnt and one of the pizzas were half burnt! They delivered at around 10 pm, so I call the next day and ask them to replace cinnamon sticks and one pizza. Cook in the background on the phone asking why I didn't call the night before when they were obviously closed, and the best they could do was $5 off another order! Like I'm gonna spend $50 again just for them to burn my food so I can get $5 off! Should have taken the burnt bullsh*t in there and threw it on the counter! Dont recomend...
