They have BREADED MUSHROOMS as a SIDES OPTION! Pulling in I saw a pretty big line, but it moved quickly. We went through the line, got our food and it was exactly what we ordered. So they can move through a line with accuracy! Good luck at McDs with that lol. Food was hot & fresh too. Only negative was I asked if I could add onions to my burger- just cheese and onion. I've only been to Diary Queen a few times, wasn't sure if they did Onions on burgers. The lady said yeah... it was like a full ring/circle of an onion, 2 big circles on my burger 😅 not what I was expecting. I should have inquired more, so I don't blame them for that. Otherwise the food and service was perfect! The lady/cashier/order taker was patient with us, as I said we haven't been there but once or twice before, so we were looking over items,, asking what kinds of dips and sides they had. We never really lived by a Diary Queen before, and always forget they're in town. Highly impressed with them so far, and now my new favorite "fast...
Read moreDairy Queen is one of my family's favorite places. My grown children I swear they should look like chicken strip baskets. The thing I love is the memories of taking my children back when there was no inside dining. We ate in the car. Even though it changed it still great to go as a family. The burgers and chicken strips and other food is quality product. But the favourites are all the ice cream products the dipped ice cream cones the Bananna splits, dilly bars and the milkshakes with a cheese burgers. The younger generation loves the the blizzards slushies and the food's. One thing that I would like is to be able to call in orders ahead so as not to get in a long line at the drive through especially if I have a large order. There is a small pull off to wait for my order. The other thing that I would say negative is if u order food and ice cream they will make ice cream before the food is ready and sometimes...
Read moreThis always has and I think always will be the best DQ around. I've been coming here since before I can remember when it was nothing more than a little shack that had 2 windows: 1 for hot food and 1 for ice cream. They called your number when your order was ready and you ate your car or took it with you. My parents took me and my brother there a lot. One of my fondest memories was my dad taking me and my best friend, Erin, there after a day of fishing and teaching me to ride my bike at Luzerne Park. He got us bubble gum milkshakes. They were disgusting, but the memory is wonderful - especially since both my dad and my friend have passed away. DQ has come a long way from that little shack. My daughter, Anastasia, had her first job here. The food is still great, the selection also great and the old tried and true favs like a peanut buster parfait still there and...
