Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Redstone Township

Took over 2 hours to get one pizza delivered to me when I was having a game night. I called a few times and was given different answers each time. The manager told me that the driver left a few minutes before. I waited 20 minutes (I live 5 minutes away) and called again. I was told that the driver got lost and came back. Not a single phone call from the driver or the restaurant. The place I live is very hard to miss and pretty well known around here. After arguing, I finally got my pizza like 20 minutes after getting off the phone. Then a few weeks later, went with a friend to get 2 small personal pizzas. There were very few other customers there and I didn't see a delivery person constantly coming in and out, so you know they didn't have many other orders. Yet, it took them another 2 hours to get our personal pizzas. I've never had to wait that long at any other pizza hut I've been to for small pizzas. And I noticed that the employees were standing around and talking instead of working. I was also given attitude when I politely asked when my food will be done after waiting an hour. They always take at least 2 hours to deliver pizza. No other pizza hut I've been to has taken more than like 45 minutes. There are better pizza places around here that aren't chains, make great pizza, and deliver in a timely manner. I'd suggest going to and/or ordering from...

So I've only been inside once it was super clean. I've ordered a few times. Well 2 days ago I ordered some pizza n wings and ordered some bleu cheese dips. The dip didn't come no biggy but it sucks eating buffalo flavored wings with no blue cheese. Today I order again, this time just boneless wings (don't judge I'm moving and everything's packed) and I placed order online and called just to give them friendly reminder please don't forget the bleu cheese. The man I spoke to was super nice and since they'd forgotten the bleu cheese 2 days prior, he waived the $4.74 ( I got 6 bleu cheese dips this time) for the dips with today's order. Never had an issue with the food it's always been great and one of the few places where I get hot food being delivered. Well the last several times I have ordered and set to pick it up at a specific time and my pizza is never ready and takes them at least 30 minutes to 40 minutes to make my pizza and to get it put in the box so I can take it home to may family even tho like the other night I went online order my pizza set pick up time as 830 pm got there at 831 went inside not only was my pizza not made they said it would be ready in 5 minutes so I sat down to wait 10 other people came in after me picked up their pizzas and left and I still sat there waiting...10 mins went by nothing finally at 855 pm they handed me my pizza 25 minutes after I was supposed to have it and trust me it was not worth the wait the honey BBQ chicken was nasty and over cooked...the pizza has certainly went down hill over the years we won't be...
