Don't waste your time or money here. They serve their chicken raw and don't even cook their food thoroughly. And when you call them to call them out on their crap, they blame it on you and say its our fault for not checking. And then they wont even replace the raw food or refund your money. A pariada for 4 is not even enough for 4 people as in the photo I posted. We spend our money here and they blame us if somebody gets food poisoning. Somebody needs to post this on Brownsville Hood News! Very filthy, unprofessional and disingenuous! And the staff is very rude and disrespectdul! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Don't waste your time or money here.

Top 3 best places to get a taco in Brownsville it has free beans with anymeal if you are visiting Brownsville and have never had real authentic Mexican food I highly recommend any of their locations as well as Ultimo taco and taco del Rey but their tacos are a bit more expensive. You should definitely have their lemonade you can't beat it it's amazing.

Asked for 3 Kiki's Tacos (their version of the taco pirata from Taco Palenque) and I asked for avocado slices in all 3. Was disappointed to see the portion of avocado slices given and asked for more. Was given black and green avocado slices. Will take my business elsewhere. Flour tortillas were dry and burnt.

We drove 12 hours from home to Brownsville to visit family. Sister n law mentioned this place and how great the food was! We arrived, entered and the restaurant was set up for a party but they were still open for regular customers. We sat down and with two seperate tickets we ordered. Our waiter brought us ice waters, more like just water with 3 cubes of ice. Also didnt bring us the right amount of drinks. Kept having to look for him. As the big party started to arrive our waiter attended them even though clearly there were 3 other waiters plus a manager on duty. We then asked for a second round of chips & pico and was told it would be extra. We didnt really understand since were sat together but our tickets were seperate we should have gotten two but nonetheless we opted out of the second batch. Food came out and the tacos were anything but good. Meat was cold, grilled.onions were cold and the tortilla as well was cold(also tasted digusting) we were beyond disappointed as this was our dinner after a 12 hour drive. We ate quickly, paid and left. Icing on the cake was the manager saying "our service was lousy because we came at a "bad time"." My sister n law the stated to him. If thats the case you should have just closed down regular dining to just focus on the big party you...

This is an absolutely horrible place. Unless you're ready to pay a lot of money for nothing then don't come here. They charge for everything and they don't even bother to tell you until you pay. How dare they charge $10 because you change something. At least tell me first that there's a charge for that. How dare they not have anything diet to drink. I'm diabetic. Then they charge $3.50 for a bottle water? A 40pk costs $5.45 at heb. That is absolutely ridiculous. Then they charge for to-go plates? Are you serious? Not to mention that they didn't even check if we needed anything else. I'm glad we didn't get anything cause they probably would have charged. My bill was $63 for 3 people. We usually go to a different Kikis and pay a lot less for the same food and it tastes better. The fajitas were overcooked and the chicken lacked flavor. So disappointed and never ever going back to this awful place. Don't say i didn't warn you. Too bad there's no less than 1 star cause that what i would have given them. This is the Kikis by...

On a Friday evening, we found ourselves dining at a restaurant with only one server. As we were celebrating my niece’s birthday with a group of twelve, the food was served in stages, creating an awkward atmosphere as we watched others dine while we patiently waited. When the food finally arrived at our table, we were met with a delay in receiving tortillas, resulting in the food becoming cold. It was evident that the kitchen was busy with multiple carryout orders, but this oversight resulted in the customers’ dining experience being overlooked. Given the Friday evening nature of the establishment, it is advisable to anticipate such potential...
