Sweet Tapioca Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Brownsville

Best bubble tea place in brownsville. I have tried a few of the other places in town, bubbly brew, bubble cafe, bubble tea express etc and this one wins every time hands down. Whenever I tend to opt for the alternatives I'm usually disappointed because the bubbles aren't made well or the tea Is just "off" in some way. The bubbles at Sweet Tapioca are delicious, have a bit more of a bite and are wonderfully chewy. You can adjust the sweetness of the tea to your liking. My go to is usually iced green tea, peach or lychee flavor, extra ice, 50% sweetness, and 1 scoop of tapioca (for the chew) and 1 scoop of a jellies for the bite (usually strawberry, or lychee jellies since theyre lighter flavors). 5 stars because they just opened and I still want to give them a chance. But just some constructive criticism! I want things to work out for them! My tea had potential to be great!
