Southmost Tortas — Restaurant in Brownsville

I'll cut right to the chase. If you're looking for a good torta in Brownsville, look no further. This is the place. Looks can be deceiving but this is the best spot for a tortas. Alot of places in Brownsville brag they have the best tortas when they certainly do not but here at TAFyM serve the best. They don't skimp out on the meat, the prices are reasonable, and the service is fast. I can't tell you how many places I been in town that put like 10 little peices of bistek but it's the right amount over here at this nice little restaurant...

Their "tortas de res" are delicious. They also sell their version of a stuffed potatoe ( it has beef). It's very delicious. My only complain is that if you get there an hour or so before closing time then you're probably going to run into the problem of them running out of beans or something.
