Tongs and trays are NOT sanitized after usage from each visitor. They’re just placed on top of the desk for everyone to grab and place.

There were flies inside the sweet bread containers.

The woman up in check out (dark completed with a braid usually) (could be the owner Tamara) has a lack of MANNERS. She will not thank you after purchase and speaks to you very bluntly and will not even look at you. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Go to De Ayala Bakery instead! They DO follow and have a clean environment....

Bought chicken tamales, cheese tamales (picture) which was the worst don't even know if it was cheese because the texture and taste was WAY off had a spongy like tofu feel to it not pleasant at all. The Maze (breading) of the tamale tasted fermented borderline spoiled don't if they used different spices, unsanitary or yesterdays dough but also unenjoyable. I've worked at a bakery for 3 years as an assistant Baker and know the quality, timing and measurements it takes to bake a perfect breads/pasteries but unfortunately this place missed their mark too. Thanks but no thanks never...

I usually have a good experience here but today was not the day. The little pie I bought must of been days old if not weeks because what ever was inside had green stuff growing in it. Not even sure if it’s mold. But here’s a picture for reference. I usually wouldn't post something like this, but I’m currently pregnant. If I wouldn’t have used a spoon instead of just taking a bite, I’d probably be feeling...
