I love whataburger! Whataburger is my heart. But for the first time in my life I have something I horrible to say about whataburger. I had just came from dq , I ordered a banana split and my girlfriend ordered an oreo cheesecake blizzard and then I said hey let's go try the new pico de gallo burger from whataburger. We were super full so we just wanted to get the burger. So we ordered through the drive thru and were told to move to the outer lane. So we were at the outer lane waiting, and as we were waiting we noticed that all the vehicles were moving fast eventhough I had ordered first. 30 minutes passed by and in my head I was thinking "its just one burger" So finally I found a gap between 2 cars and was able to squeeze out of the outer lane and parked in a parking space and got off to go in to Whataburger. I asked the worker where my burger was because I have been waiting for 30 minutes seeing all the cars behind me get their order and leave. The guy said the order will be out soon. Soon? Soon? After 30 minutes of waiting for just ONE burger? So I waiting 10 more minutes and finally got my burger. To compensate me for waiting so long they added some fries. They couldn't even gifted me a milk shake The moral of all this is that THEY ARE NOT AS FAST AND ORGANIZED AS CHICK FIL A. THEIR DRIVE THRU...
Read moreI’m so confused as to how this establishment has such positive reviews. A no-star rating isn’t supported, or else that would be my score. Expect to be waiting no less than 15 min regardless of the time of day and upwards of 25 min. These are not exaggerations. I had to get out of my vehicle to remind the employees I had been parked by the cone for 15 minutes already, because mind you, as soon as they take your payment, they immediately scoot you to park 20 feet ahead so they can rack up the line and take more peoples money and have everyone wait. They still took their time bringing my cold food out. Mind you, EVERYONE got their food and left while i stayed parked. Manager comes out with food and doesn’t even extend an apology or sell me a lie.
For the amount you pay and the amount of time you spend waiting in line, you’re better off going to a restaurant and getting a pleasant experience for the same...

The point is I ordered a chicken grilled salad and once it was ready they just left it there and continued doing orders. so I had to tell them to give me food so I can leave it shouldn't be our job the customer to tell the employees how to do their job they need to come with a better system of who does what. With all those employees working there you are going to tell me they can't divide everyone to do different task.
