Subway — Restaurant in Brunswick Hills Township

We have Mobile Ordered lunch from this Subway Locations a few time over the last 2 Months. I use to come to this location about 10 Years ago all the time and it was great! Unfortunately, it seems to be going down hill. Each time we ordered for lunch something was wrong or missing in the order. We finally just gave up trying to order lunch here. In addition, the last time I went to pick up the order. I went to the front counter to order a Drink separately for myself. When I looked down at the Cookie Display, there were living Bee's flying and walking in it. About 2 total, and one flying around the outside of the display. When I told the worker about it, he just said "Yeah like sweet things" and went back to checking me out for my drink...

We will not be back after that last experience. If the cookies are not taken care of from insects, how is the rest...

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered two footlongs online that will last me two-three days at work for my dinners. Picked up and went to work on my break I was very disturbed on what I opened up. Wasn’t even half of what I ordered. And when I tried to call to talk to a manager nobody answered the phone! I was left hungry as a pregnant woman for a 8 hour shift. It looked so disgusting I couldn’t even eat it. I don’t know if the employee that was working was trying to do a sick joke or not. Should be fired because this is not how you do your job. I want to speak with a manager or owner. I paid 3$ extra for bacon and was given 1 piece. And 4 pieces of chicken on half a sub. And what kind of vegetables do...

Avoid this location!! The owner is trying to accuse my son, a 15 yr, old of theft when he paid what the cashier rang him up for. The cashier clearly made a mistake and now the owner is asking for my son to come in and sign some kind of paperwork and other nonsense. This is absolute insanity. My son paid his bill, it's not his fault if the cashier made a mistake. She is also threatening to take him to court!! Lol!!! What kind of joke is this?!? If i could give zero stars or even...
