Michelle’s Wok N Roll — Restaurant in Brunswick

On 07-02-2024 i call in a order and the lady I was talk to was very rude but I know miss Michelle is not like that because I have ordered her plenty of times I looked over there. My order came up to $$80 so I went home to get ready to eat my food and what I order was the beef and broccoli remind you I work I’m a cook and of course we cook for our kids so you know beef when you taste beef and taste like it did not like it so I called up there and asked can I get something else because the taste I didn’t care for the meat and taste so she told me she could not give me Another order because I didn’t like the taste proceeded to tell her like I pay $80 and I asked her for all my money back. I’m just asking can you replace this meal with something else! Agreed to give me wings and fries, but when I got there, Miss Michelle was very very rude and she gave me the wings, but she refused to give me the fries. She wanted me to pay for the fries and I told her it’s crazy that you really lose a customer that pay $80 and this is what I pay all the time because of my family is big, I don’t usually get reviews, but I felt like I needed to because this is a thing we pay and help these people pay they bills and because they feel like they got something over us or they doing something better than us. So, this is my third time eating takeout there. I usually have very limited interaction with the staff there, trust me, I try to keep it short as I sometimes get the distinct feeling that I am being rushed out anyways when the food is ready. This time around, the family was eating in the dining area at a table as I walked in around close to 5pm. Maybe it's me but I get this foreboding feeling that I am the subject of discussion in Chinese while the family is eating at the table while I wait for my food, just a a weird experience this final visit. I ordered a meal with Snow Peas, the young lady behind the counter rolled her eyes saying they ran out, so I ordered the Spicy Beef.
