Went here to get dinner and although it was about 7minutes until closing, the manager and another employee informed me that the location was closed. However, prior to my entry into the location a gentleman how entered 2 seconds before me was allowed to stay inside the place. After I was told they were closed and i returned to my car, i watched the gentleman I spoke of earlier being asked by the manager on duty what he would like to order and he proceeded to place his order afterward the manager took his money and about two minutes after that handed the man his food order. Then as he is handed his food order another gentleman walks into the establishment and is waited on as well and also recieved food. Both of these individuals were of African American decent and i being caucausion felt that they were being discriminating. So, to ease my mind about the matter I proceeded to call the location and asked for the manager on duty; SHE came to the phone and i described what I had just watched as i sat inside my car parked on the edge of the parking area in front of the fast-food chain. The manager denied that the two gentlemen had placed their order after i was told they were closed and i informed her that i watched them clearly place their order after i was told the place was closed only 2 seconds after the person before me entered and that person hadn't placed his order until I left the store, so I was confused as to why I couldn't place my order since I was there about the same time as the one customer and about 3 minutes before the second customer (whos order was also taken). She simply said that the first man had already placed his order and the money had been transferred but didn't say anything about the second man but that wasn't true either. I watched the manager herself take these orders and get the Money for the orders after my departure of inside, as well as her handing the first person change back from the cash he handed her. She continued to lie about what actually took place and what I and my friend witnessed happen, so I stated that i would just report them to corporate and the BBB and file a complaint against the place since she couldn't offer an apology or offer for me to come inside and place my food order since she took those two people after me. I was very offended by these employees and will probably not rat at that establishment again due to them having unfair staff who discriminate against white people. Customers aree suppose to be treated fairly and equally in any establishment ecspecially those choosing to deal with the public sector and the franchise should train their employees on the correct way to apporch situations fairly and the meaning of discrimination. Discrimination can be by color, race, sexual orientation or religious beliefs and stressing to employees that such behavior is not condoned and will not be tolerated at all, would greatly help in situations such as this. Read moreI usually never write reviews, but I had such a bad experience that I actually cried after. I believe I was racially profiled. I ordered a #1 (classic sandwich) and was told to park in the handicap spot to wait. I waited for over 20 minutes and watched the two black customers behind me get their food immediately. Two girls came out with smirks on their face asking me what I had after 15 minutes of waiting. Keep in mind, I am a very nice and pleasant person to all service workers. I told them what I had, and waited another 10 minutes. I’m watching the workers sit down at tables, eat inside on their breaks, and laugh around with no food being prepared. They gave me an ice cold sandwich with bacon and cheese on it. I drove back around and explained my order was wrong very kindly. They told me to pull up again. I waited another 15 minutes and then finally I drove around a third time and said, “I’m sorry, but I really have to be somewhere. May I ask how much longer?”. The girl playing on her phone said, “Oh! I’ll start making it now.” I couldn’t believe what was happening to me. 6 minutes later I got my sandwich. It was just chicken and a bun. No mayo, no pickles. I was clearly being messed with, smirked at, and forced to wait because I’m a young pretty white girl. I just really think if you’re white, it’s best to not even waste your time. Read moreI didn't put a star rating for food because I never got any. I gave four stars for atmosphere because the place was clean. Here's why I gave only one star for service. I stopped in a 12:45 to grab lunch to go. I saw a line of cars at the drive thru so I went inside. There were only two people in line ahead of me and the first was getting their order packaged up. I then stood there for 15 minutes waiting, watching probably six or eight cars go through the drive thru, when I finally asked the guy in front of me if anyone had taken his order to which he replied "no." Having seen the supply of chicken dwindle as I waited and knowing that what I came in for (spicy) would not be replenished anytime soon because they still had two minutes cook time left on what I didn't come here for (mild), and thus had not even started cooking any spicy, I just walked out empty handed.
If you can't adequately staff your restaurant don't open it or at least lock the doors and put up a sign saying you're only operating via the drive thru. Not only was my time wasted but I had used the first part of my lunch hour to run a few errands and after waiting for nothing I had no time left to stop at some other place to grab...
