Wawa — Restaurant in Brunswick

I have never had a more confusing nor rude Wawa experience in comparison to other locations. I am a wawa fanatic but I will never be returning here. Outside of the very minor technical issues of my receipt not printing, the few kitchen staff that I interacted with didn't seem like they wanted to be there (which I understand but it's the lack of basic respect in communication that got me), they didn't call me up for my special request with my drink before making it so it had to be remade, my sandwich wasn't even the right one when I picked it up, and when I did get the right sandwich remade, it was made wrong! I get that it's a Monday and very few people would want to work today or at all but if that's the case, maybe just take a personal day at home instead of ruining someone else's order😅? Worst experience of any convenient store. Never been to a wawa. I go to order food and everyone stands there like customers are aliens. No communication skills whatsoever. So I walk to the democratic job taken of a human self pay machine and it's not working right. Cannot get any help. None of the employees behind the counter will communicate with any customers. Only make food call the number and that's it. Literally like robots here. Didn't know wawas was some form of a cult. Never will I come back here again. Had to find lunch somewhere...

I got my grandson some fries from there. They’re darker colored seasoned fries so i couldn’t tell by looking that they were hard as bricks. He could not eat them. My daughter got a strawberry lemonade that was syrupy and sweet as honey. You have to get a bag from the front counter to get your food from the deli, if you want it bagged. The women’s bathroom smelled like a pissy men’s bathroom. No napkins in the dispensers. Long wait for food. This store is not living up to their...
