Walked into this location on Miller Rd., it's small & crowded with just the furniture. Walked up to the counter to look at the menu & no prices on their menu?! Asked the cashier if they have a menu with prices & with a stink attitude, she points to a dam QR code for me to scan like I want to look at a small menu on "my" personal phone. She goes in the back to find a menu with prices & hands it to me. The whole time she's taking my order, she has this ugly ATTITUDE on her face! She's short, small framed & wears eyeglasses. I ordered my food to go. Once I got home & saw my plate, it was edible. I ordered the Chile verde & the meat was tender BUT it was sitting in a pool of oil?! The tortillas I got w/my plate were hard so I threw those away. I also ordered Chicken Super Nachos & 3 orders of Carne Asada Fries. Out of those items, the fries by themself, were good. If you're craving some French fries, want someone to take your order w/an attitude while paying higher prices, this...

The menudo was cold upon arrival and entirely devoid of flavor, a stark contrast to previous orders. Furthermore, the hominy was undercooked, rendering the dish genuinely unpalatable. This lack of attention to basic food preparation standards is simply nasty and frankly, inexcusable.
Adding to this frustration, the service was severely hampered by excessive noise. I was forced to raise my voice considerably just to be understood by your staff, indicating either a communication issue or unacceptably loud music, which is detrimental to the customer experience.
The significant decline in quality at this specific location is alarming and thoroughly disappointing. I urge you to address...

Their carne asada tacos are so good they make you question whether every other taco you have eaten was just an elaborate prank. The beef is grilled to perfection, smoky and tender enough to make a grown man tear up without admitting why. The seasoning hits you like a mariachi band playing directly to your soul, and the tortillas are warm, soft, and clearly made with the kind of love you cannot buy in a chain restaurant. By the second bite I knew I would sell state secrets just to get another plate. If I disappear for a few days, check here first and I will be sitting in the corner drowning in salsa and bad life choices but smiling...
