When I lived in the west side, I came here often. I was near, and decided to come for tacos. As always, this place had a line—which is good. A little girl—a CHILD took my order, and which came close to $80. Got my order and when I got home, I realized I was missing an entire dish. I had to drive all the way back to get what I was missing. On my way there, I called the number on the receipt. A man answered saying “hello hello” continuously and not responding to me—to which I hung up, thinking it was a voicemail. I called again, and had the same thing happen. A woman called me asking for a Jaylene. I told her she had the wrong number and hung up. She returned the call asked if there was a problem and demanded to know why I was calling her boyfriend. I explained to her, the number I had called, was the number on the receipt and was attempting to let them know my order was wrong, and I was on my way to get it right.
Unprofessional establishment. Unprofessional behavior. If you can’t answer your number that is ON THE RECEIPT in a professional manner, THEN DON’T PUT YOUR NUMBER on it. It is not the customer’s fault YOU can’t trust...
Read moreI've only been here once about a year ago. They had a sign saying they serve guts on the weekend, and it was the weekend, so I went for it and tried the guts. Most of the guts I've had, which were Asian or African style were edible but kind of gross and needed to be choked down, while a very small handful have been legitimately enjoyably good. This was, for guts instead of meat, good. Admittedly I enjoyed the 1st half of the container more than the 2nd, as the un-meat-like texture started to catch up to me, but the broth was great. I should mention that for this (while maybe not for my friend's order) the portion size was really good, and...
Read moreWack. When this place first opened it was sooo good. Hadn’t been there in a long time and definitely regret it. We should have tried the taco truck a little farther south past Circle K. We ordered 4 tacos de carne asada and 4 of al pastor. Got home and got some mystery meat. We’re not sure what they gave us. Their both super salty and one looks like shredded beef and half of it was fat. The other meat were not sure if it’s carne asada or alpastor. Never going back. Rather keep driving all the way to Avondale to the taco truck outside the carnicera on western. Don’t go here or if you do make sure you check your order...
