Walked in, saw a sign right away to the left that said 'seat yourself' so we picked the cleanest table. Floor(carpet) was not swept. It had food and silverware under and around it. We sat there(four of us) twiddling our fingers and all, just looking around for anyone to come over and acknowledge us. It was almost ten minutes in and we were about to leave and then the nice waitress does eventually come over with paper placemats and takes our drink orders and gives us menus and utensils. She takes our orders when she brings the drinks back. Our food comes out pretty quickly. Although I was short on one wing(I get it, counting is kinda hard). We finished and didn't know if we pay at the desk or wait for the check to come because we haven't seen waitress much towards the end. Eventually find out we get a check brought to you and then take it up to be paid. *In all, it wasn't too horrible and I will probably visit again, but I will be there with more knowledge next time*

I ordered the vegetable omelette with home fries. Had it not been for the grease, it would have had no flavour. The eggs were thin and filled with onion and pepper crumbs and a few large slices of canned mushrooms. There was a slice of Velveeta "cheese" on top of the omelette and more Velveeta "cheese" inside. The potatoes were sparse, burnt and dry. In order to eat them, I had to add ketchup to choke them down. My son ordered the spaghetti with which he is never disappointed, regardless of the restaurant. His "salad" was a bowl of iceberg lettuce, four or five croutons, a thin half tomato slice, and sprinkling of shredded cheese. My daughter enjoyed her BLT and seasoned fries. My husband complained that the meat in his patty melt was pink. I took home my meal and my son's salad. I didn't send it back because the restaurant was busy and I was pressed for time. However, I can improve both the salad and the eggs with what, I have at home. I will not return.

We bragged about LuLus to my new colleagues and brought them with us.

We each ordered fries with our meals. I rated this low because the waitress brought each of us fries that weren't even warm.

When my husband spoke up and said, "All of our French fries are cold," we all shook our heads in agreement.

She apologized and said she would have the cook drop down a new batch for us.

When she came back, she only had 1 small serving of fries and gave them to my husband across the table (yes, we work together), dumping them onto his plate.

When I spoke up and asked where the rest of our fries were, she smiled and sweetly said, "Maybe he'll share!"

She was not sharp at all.

When she brought our bills, she didn't even ask how everything was. She did ask if we wanted to take the (cold) fries home.

I reminded her she brought them to us, cold and that she never replaced ours, only my husband's.

She smiled sweetly and said, "Just take 'em home and pop 'em in the microwave, problem solved!"

Again, dumber than a box of rocks.

We and our new work associates were incredibly disappointed in the waitress and were shaking our heads.

We won't be coming back, and I apologized to the colleagues for ever bringing them to...

My sister and brother in law took our Mom to Bucyrus to a doctor appointment. My Mom told me that they ended up eating at a place called Lulu’s Kitchen for supper. My Mom said that it was really good food and they had great service too. My wife and I are always looking for different places to eat so we thought what the heck, let’s make the trip from Shelby to Bucyrus and give it a try. I don’t recall what my wife ordered the first time but I ordered a BBQ burger. That was the best burger I ever had around this area. Yesterday we made the trip again and had breakfast. I always like to get omelets for breakfast and usually it’s a western omelet. When this omelet came, it took up half of the plate because of so much ham, green peppers and onions in it, but I had them add bacon of corse, and it was topped with cheese sauce. The other half of the plate had home fries on it that I ordered with toast that came with it for only $8.99. I guess what I’m trying to say here is if you want exceptional food and service at a great price, make the drive over to Lulu’s Kitchen in Bucyrus, Ohio. You won’t be sorry!!! Try the burgers too. They’re...

I had the ruban wrap with a side of coleslaw. The ruban was exactly what it was supposed to be. The coleslaw was perfect. Couldn't find better if you searched far and wide.

My son had the steak. He loved it. I tried a bite and was sold. You travel out of town to the chain restaurants in Mansfield? Well you're driving away from one of the best steaks I've ever tasted. And I spent my formative years in Texas. We raised some beef. There are steakhouses everywhere in Texas. We loved our beef. And I am telling you to save your gas money and get the steak at Lulu's. It's great.

Even with the good food the best part of the experience is the staff. Super friendly and helpful. They take a team approach. If your glass goes empty a waitress shows up to get it filled. Doesn't matter who took your order. They all check in on you. There was a pretty full house with two big groups. The staff took it in stride and everyone got their meals in good time.

Honestly they need to make this a chain and open a Lulu's in Columbus. They'd be...
