Cook TOUCHED my food with his bare hands to show me he placed my cilantro UNDER the tacos and expected me to take it like that. How would I even know it’s there or even grab it to put on my food? Then the cashier and the cook both were sighing and rolling their eyes because I NICELY asked if they can refund me. Mind you I was calm and respectful the whole time expressing my concerns. The cashier told me they could touch the food because he’s in the kitchen. It was disrespectful to even touch it to begin with in front of me being rude because he has to explain it. This was unsanitary to begin with and led to a whole other level of disrespect. The waiter was awesome. She was calm and apologized. Props to her for matching my energy. I was just trying to respectfully make them aware. Never again will I go here. I’m sure they have plenty of others who will go by and make them money. For sure unaware of the sanitation and disrespect. They practically told me “shut up and eat it” with the way the handle...

I’m sad that my experience was subpar. The food lacked flavor and the temperature was almost as cold as Alaska. The bistek had no seasoning maybe if it was served hot would have made a difference, doubt it. The waitress just checked on us once and when I mention the dislike she asked “what no flavor, well anyways it’s ok, what would you like instead”. It’s as if she knew it was not gonna be a good choice. When I opted to not have anything she responded with “well then you’re not gonna have anything to eat”. Which is a fair statement but was it really needed, nope. We still tipped her tho the service was lacking. The best part of the meal was the chips and queso, horchata was pretty good too. Menudo was tasteless, and the pastor tacos were so over seasoned that it didn’t taste good even after the lime and salsa. Third time here today and first two times were so good but today was definitely the worst. Food didn’t taste the same anymore, prices were higher than before and all these crazy up charges for every menu item on the receipt was insane. Toppings for every taco was $.16 cents each (plus the tacos are small too), toppings for the menudo $.56 cents added, and then my Jamaica even had an added charge of $.16 cents more after the $3.99 charge…was it because of the ice???
