5 Points Custard — Restaurant in Buena Vista Township

Probably the WORST experience I EVER had in ordering ANYTHING! I sent my daughter to order my moms and my hot fudge sundaes. Well, the worker asked choc or van. So, she said vanilla and quickly says "wait, let me ask my grandmom!" The worker started making my moms Lg. Hot Fudge Sundae. And by the time she went bk up, the woman said it was too late. I went up there arguing with the woman bc mom wanted choc! She said, "So, you want me to throw my product away and give you a new one!?" "Uh yes! , its not like its coming out of your pocket!" "I'm the owner" she replied. I stood there arguing with her for a while. I will NEVER go there again. And when they switched owners the ice cream and service was Never the same! She slammed the plastic door in my face and humiliated me in front of So many people! It was our favorite custard stand, but no anymore. I was so hurt I literally cried myself to sleep and lost my appetite. I spent almost $30 on ice cream that was all screwed up. They even gave us the wrong stuff. My moms "hot fudge sundae, was still vanilla with a drop of fudge. So upset! And people need to be warned! Awful...

Custard King (Five Points Custard) is one of the top custard spots in south jersey. It is certainly at the top of the custard game, hence the nickname "Custard King". Recently, my teammate and I had a phenomenal experience. As everyone knows, the legendary spot closes at 10pm. Well, me and my teammate had just finished a summer ball game over at the dawg pound minutes before closing. We rushed over and pulled up as the employees were heading out. They already had the shop closed, and were just about to drive off when we came knocking on their car windows. They were more than happy to open back up real quick to help out such reliable customers. Amazing! We were aware of the inconvenience and made sure to tip well. We had only gotten two milkshakes, both fantastic by the way. We couldn't be more happy with the customer service. Thanks to the whole Custard King staff, everything was awesome. Hopefully, my teammate and I will be back soon. Oh, and we love that train, such an awesome feature. Thanks again...

I never knew how much I actually loved ice cream sundaes until I’ve tried them at 5-Points Custard! The Todd’s Triple Threat Sundae is my absolute favorite, and if you love chocolate, warm fudge, brownie bits, and crunchy nuts, you will absolutely go wild for this sundae!! Also, their custard is always smooth and creamy with the best quality from any other place I’ve tried around Vineland. The service and courtesy of the workers is above and beyond amazing, which makes the whole experience worthwhile. This leads me to believe that if anyone has issues with this place, then that’s the customers problem, because I’ve had great service 100% of the time, every time.
