Holy Cow! Ice Cream — Restaurant in Buena Vista

We had Holy Cow Ice Cream cater our wedding and they did such an incredible job! We really wanted to have a ice cream for dessert and Elizabeth and her husband were willing to work with us and make it happen! They were so easy to work. Some of our guests had severe allergies and Elizabeth was especially good about sending ingredient lists so that we could double check the flavors. They were very diligent about cross-contamination as well. They brought everything pre-scooped and in a cooler and then stayed to serve and hand out it out. It was such a hit! What a super fun little ice cream stop! We were visiting the Natural Bridge area for the weekend, and had just finished dinner and shopping in Lexington. Make the quick drive out! The scenery is spectacular and the shop workers were so nice! We asked about the grogu ice cream cup because we saw it in another review. This ice cream shop was the cutest little place, and just what we needed on our long drive home from NC to CT, this weekend. The owner, Hugh, is so friendly and kind. He has a very nice porch with rocking chairs to relax while enjoying your frozen dessert. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed Hugh's ice cream bars. Absolutely delicious. I regretted not taking one for the road. 😋 Would love to visit this nice town...
